I would have preferred a conversation rather than just Whatsapp, as I find talking gets things done quicker. One small point was the timing of the delivery, as I had to change my appointment with the Doc 7 you know what Doctors are like.

Kayla and her team have been nothing short of superb. Their very professional delivery and equipment set-up team were excellent. They are skilled and dressed in uniform including face masks. The equipment itself looked new or very little used. We ordered and paid on the 31st of May 2026 and the delivery occurred at 10.30AM on Monday, 1st of June 2026. We purchased a brand new mattress with a cover at the exceptional price of R500. They brought two, one soft the other harder and gave us a choice to choose. Interestingly, they delivered also a table that can be used as part of the bed. What a blessing! It can be set at different heights. The bed we chose is a five position bed with electrical control. In short, this was a five-star experience!
